Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and services to effectively answer questions and make recommendations.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately at the point of sale.
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base through follow-up communication and relationship management.
- Assist with store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Uphold company policies, safety standards, and visual merchandising guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales experience preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
