Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with new potential clients in the Nashville and Ohio markets to expand our customer base.
- Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Presentation & Closing: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and close sales deals on-site and via video conferencing.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective prospecting.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with the marketing and operations teams to refine our sales approach and share best practices.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We provide full, hands-on training for all entry-level candidates.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Self-Motivation: A hunger to succeed and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Reliability: Must have reliable transportation for local client visits in the Nashville and Ohio area.
