Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers entering the store with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and explain product features and benefits.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Build and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Learn and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all company products and services.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; college students are encouraged to apply.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional local travel).
- Willingness to learn new concepts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- No prior sales experience required; we provide full training.
