Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound calls to potential leads to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and repeat business.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Record accurate customer data, feedback, and activity logs in the CRM system for future follow-up.
- Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
