- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales data in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Drive: A proven track record of working towards and achieving sales targets.
- Adaptability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs.
- Tools: Basic proficiency with computers and CRM software is highly desirable.
