Responsibilities
- Drive store sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and team targets.
- Provide superior customer service by actively listening to customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor in compliance with company standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention initiatives.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute marketing strategies and promotional events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
- Ability to lift boxes and merchandise up to 25 lbs.
