Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies to generate new business leads.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly sales quotas.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) records accurately.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to retain existing accounts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Previous sales experience or strong customer service background is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Must be available to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
