Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best solutions/products.
- Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Manage the sales floor, including stocking inventory and ensuring a clean, organized workspace.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize sales processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating commissions.
