Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in locating products, providing detailed product knowledge, and making personalized recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Drive sales through active upselling, cross-selling, and demonstrating a strong understanding of store promotions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company standards.
- Restock inventory and ensure product displays are full and attractive.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
