Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume sales strategies to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.
- Engage with potential customers in a professional manner, identifying their needs and recommending tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new clients through networking and community outreach.
- Provide exceptional customer service from the initial contact through to post-sale follow-up to ensure high retention rates.
- Manage sales inventory and ensure accurate reporting of daily sales data.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive collective success.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for local client visits).
