Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage new customers through in-person demonstrations and consultations
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through exceptional service
- Product knowledge mastery to confidently demonstrate features and benefits
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and drive collective success
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and client interactions
- Participate in ongoing training to refine sales techniques and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to earn uncapped commissions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
