Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product demonstrations and consultative selling
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets with uncapped commission incentives
- Process transactions accurately using our integrated POS system with daily payout feature
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized follow-ups
- Collaborate with team members to optimize store merchandising and promotional campaigns

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail, customer service, or sales role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
