Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly to assess their needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers to foster loyalty.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with merchandise.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems.
