Responsibilities
- Drive sales through consultative selling techniques and product knowledge mastery
- Exceed daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Build and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate sales records
- Collaborate with team members to optimize store merchandising and visual presentation
- Participate in weekly sales training and product knowledge workshops
- Contribute to store inventory management and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or B2B sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills with natural charisma
