Responsibilities
- Drive sales through consultative selling techniques and product knowledge mastery
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that build brand loyalty
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs
- Operate POS systems and manage inventory with precision

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven sales or retail experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and cash handling proficiency
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings/weekends
- Proficiency with POS systems and retail software
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
