Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Proactively engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and recommend the best solutions.
- Meet Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain an organized sales floor, manage inventory levels, and ensure all displays are presentable.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to share best practices and achieve collective goals.
- Administrative Tasks: Accurately process sales transactions, manage paperwork, and update customer databases.
Qualifications
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred but not required (we provide paid training).
- Digital Literacy: Comfortable using computer systems, POS terminals, and CRM software.
