As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, connecting with customers and driving revenue through exceptional service and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best products or services.
- Customer Service: Deliver an outstanding shopping experience by answering questions, processing transactions, and resolving inquiries efficiently.
- Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor in accordance with company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and team members to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Team Lead Support: Assist in training new hires and supporting the daily operations of the store.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to set and achieve personal sales targets.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
