Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression and excellent customer service.
- Assist customers in selecting products that best fit their needs, demonstrating product knowledge and features.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base through follow-up calls and personalized service.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked according to company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate a cash register.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
