Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer consultations using product knowledge and styling expertise
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory records
- Create visually appealing displays and maintain impeccable store presentation standards
- Build and nurture client relationships through follow-up communications and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team to execute seasonal campaigns
- Participate in daily store operations including stock processing and loss prevention
Qualifications
