Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems and handle cash with strict accountability.
- Merchandise the sales floor to company standards, ensuring products are organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Build relationships with repeat customers and understand their needs to provide personalized recommendations.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, markdowns, and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
