- Drive sales through personalized customer consultations and product demonstrations
- Exceed daily/monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized sales floor displays
- Build client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to optimize product placement
- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention protocols
- Attend product training sessions to maintain expertise on new collections
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail/sales experience with proven sales track record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficient with POS systems and basic retail software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional store transfers)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
