Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to identify needs and recommend appropriate products/services to meet sales goals.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and support team objectives.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed expectations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
