- Close deals and negotiate contracts to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client retention and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and meeting strict KPIs.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for field visits.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
