What You Will Do:

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls to generate new business leads.
- Manage inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified appointments.
- Update customer account information in Salesforce and CRM tools.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in order entry and contract processing.
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain high retention rates.
Qualifications
