Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local and Memphis markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demos to showcase our value proposition.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to qualify for performance bonuses.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (Recent graduates with strong potential are welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for field travel).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
