Responsibilities
- Drive new business development by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the Albuquerque market.
- Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase our premium offerings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on sales strategies and campaign execution.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively using CRM software to ensure accurate forecasting.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM experience is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required for top performers.
