Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer consultations and product demonstrations
- Proactively identify sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Maintain pristine visual merchandising standards and inventory accuracy
- Execute efficient POS transactions and handle payment processing
- Collaborate with team to achieve store-wide sales and KPI targets
- Participate in seasonal inventory audits and stock replenishment
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture through teamwork
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or luxury goods sales experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify POS)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong product knowledge in fashion, home goods, or tech accessories
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
- Valid CA driver’s license if required for store errands
