Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Meet/exceed daily sales targets through product recommendations and upselling
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash register compliance
- Manage inventory and merchandising displays overnight
- Assist with store opening/closing procedures and security protocols
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure operational excellence
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail sales experience preferred
- Availability for overnight shifts (Sunday-Thursday)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to work independently during low-traffic periods
- Valid California driver's license (for supply runs if needed)
- Background check required for direct hire
