- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and conducting regular stock counts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and welcoming store atmosphere.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customer groups.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on achieving sales goals and providing top-tier customer service.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
