Responsibilities
- Exceed monthly sales quotas through proactive customer engagement and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Execute effective upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize average transaction value
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team to optimize product displays and store aesthetics
- Participate in weekly sales training sessions to master new product launches
- Track customer preferences and purchasing patterns to inform personalized recommendations
Qualifications
- 2+ years proven retail sales experience with documented sales achievements
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) and point-of-sale systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate product benefits clearly
- Strong negotiation tactics with track record of closing high-value transactions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons
- College degree in Business or Marketing preferred but not required
