Responsibilities

- Exceed personal sales targets through consultative selling techniques

- Manage inventory control and product replenishment processes
- Train and mentor new team members on brand standards
- Analyze sales data to identify upsell opportunities

Qualifications
- 3+ years luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong knowledge of fashion/luxury goods market
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Proficiency with POS systems and CRM software
- College degree in Business or related field preferred
