Responsibilities
- Engage customers warmly to assess needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Execute sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Drive traffic to the store through effective merchandising and visual displays.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers to ensure loyalty.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and bonus goals.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in retail or customer service.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items as needed.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and POS systems.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
