Responsibilities
- Exceed sales targets through personalized customer consultations and product demonstrations
- Manage night shift operations including inventory management, merchandising, and store security
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize after-hours store performance
- Analyze sales data to identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Maintain pristine store appearance and visual merchandising standards during overnight shifts

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Availability to work flexible night shift schedules (primarily 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficiency in POS systems and retail analytics software
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport in diverse environments
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for overnight shifts
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
