Responsibilities
- Drive sales through product demonstrations, upselling, and personalized client consultations
- Maintain premium store standards including visual merchandising and inventory management
- Build lasting customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Meet/exceed weekly and monthly sales targets with uncapped commission structure
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Participate in product training sessions to maintain deep product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and persuasive selling abilities
- Strong math skills for handling transactions and commission calculations
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
