Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and engage customers warmly, assessing their needs and providing personalized product recommendations.
- Sales Execution: Drive store sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and closing techniques.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our inventory, promotions, and company policies to assist customers effectively.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the sales floor, ensuring displays are clean, organized, and inviting.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store management team to achieve daily and weekly operational goals.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report market trends to management to help improve service and inventory.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with diverse customer groups and work well within a team.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and comfort with POS systems.
