Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Drive sales through product knowledge and effective upselling/cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and bonus goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
