Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum-encrypted BCI user studies with EEG, fNIRS, and emerging neural sensing technologies
- Develop ethical frameworks for neural data privacy and consent in brain-computer interactions
- Create predictive UX models for quantum AI systems using neuroinformatics and machine learning
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum engineers and neuroscientists to prototype neural interfaces
- Establish industry standards for BCI usability testing and neural interaction safety protocols
- Present research findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and neurodata storytelling
- Collaborate with futurists to map 5-year neural interaction trends and opportunities
Qualifications
- PhD in Neuroscience, Cognitive Science, or Human-Computer Interaction with quantum computing coursework
- 5+ years of UX research experience with brain-computer interfaces or neurotechnology
- Expertise in quantum encryption principles applied to neural data security
- Proficiency in neuroinformatics tools (EEGLAB, FieldTrip, BIDS) and quantum programming (Qiskit)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on neural interaction ethics or quantum UX
- Experience with FDA/ISO standards for medical device UX validation
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ BCI projects with measurable neural interaction improvements
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and neurodiversity inclusion
