Responsibilities
- Design neural-responsive interfaces for quantum-encrypted communication systems
- Develop ethical AI frameworks for autonomous decision-making interfaces
- Lead cross-disciplinary research teams in biometric UX optimization
- Architect metaverse accessibility protocols for neurodiverse populations
- Implement quantum-resistant security protocols in user authentication systems
- Create predictive UX models using next-generation neural networks
- Advise C-suite on emerging tech ethics and human-centric design principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Human-Computer Interaction or Cognitive Neuroscience with quantum computing specialization
- 10+ years experience in designing neural interfaces or brain-computer systems
- Expertise in quantum-resistant cryptography and post-quantum security protocols
- Published research in IEEE Transactions on Affective Computing or Nature Human Behaviour
- Proficiency in developing ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience leading R&D teams with $5M+ annual budgets
- Fluency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit) and neuro-simulation tools
- Certification in Advanced Neural Interface Engineering (ANIE) or equivalent
