Responsibilities
- Design neuro-responsive UI/UX frameworks for quantum computing interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AR/VR experiences with biofeedback integration
- Conduct neural pathway mapping to optimize user cognition alignment
- Develop predictive UX models using generative AI and neural network analysis
- Architect multi-sensory interaction systems leveraging haptic, auditory, and olfactory feedback
- Research and implement ethical AI-human interaction protocols
- Mentor junior designers in next-generation design methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in UX design with 5+ years in emerging tech (AR/VR/BCI)
- Portfolio demonstrating neuro-ergonomics or spatial computing projects
- Advanced degree in Cognitive Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- Proficiency in Figma, Unity, and neural interface prototyping tools
- Published research on human-AI interaction or biofeedback systems
- Certification in quantum UX design (QUXD) or equivalent
- Experience leading remote teams across 3+ time zones
- Fluency in at least one coding language (Python/JavaScript preferred)
