Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for NISQ-era devices and fault-tolerant systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks for 2026-scale applications
- Optimize quantum circuits using advanced error correction techniques
- Create simulation tools for quantum hardware validation and performance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into commercial products
- Contribute to open-source quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Q#, Cirq)
- Stay ahead of emerging quantum computing standards and industry trends
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in quantum computing or high-performance software development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and algorithm optimization
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and parallel computing frameworks
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Prior work with quantum error correction or fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research or significant contributions to quantum computing projects
