Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-safe infrastructure supporting 10,000+ qubit operations
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead R&D on quantum error correction protocols achieving 99.99% fidelity
- Develop secure quantum communication channels resistant to decryption by 2026 standards
- Optimize quantum algorithms for pharmaceutical and materials science applications
- Drive quantum cloud platform integration with AWS/Azure/GCP ecosystems
- Mentor quantum engineering teams in cutting-edge superconducting and photonic technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing architectures
- Proven track record deploying quantum-resistant cryptographic systems
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of superconducting qubit manipulation and photonic entanglement
- Experience scaling distributed quantum systems across 3+ geographies
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., NIST IR 8100)
