- Optimize quantum algorithms for pharmaceutical simulation and materials discovery
- Establish quantum security frameworks for financial institutions
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum error correction techniques

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in quantum computing infrastructure or HPC architecture
