Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum network architectures with <1ms latency requirements
- Develop hybrid classical-quantum system blueprints for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead quantum error correction protocols achieving 99.999% fidelity
- Architect cryogenic cooling and superconducting infrastructure at 15mK temperatures
- Integrate quantum-safe cryptographic standards across enterprise systems
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm implementation
- Drive R&D initiatives for photonic quantum computing breakthroughs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in high-performance computing architecture
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum networking
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Proficiency with cryogenic engineering and superconducting systems
- Experience with AWS Braket or Azure Quantum platforms
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant designs
- Track record of leading complex infrastructure projects
