Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with 100+ qubit coherence capabilities
- Develop cryogenic cooling systems for quantum processors operating at 10mK
- Implement quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant computation
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams on photonic interconnect development
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Research emerging quantum algorithms for 2026 industry applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in high-performance computing or quantum research
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning
- Proficiency with cryogenic engineering and superconducting systems
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum simulation frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
