Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures capable of processing 2026-era workloads
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen quantum-resistant security protocols
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum systems with >99.9% coherence rates
- Research and implement cutting-edge quantum error correction methodologies
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize cryogenic system performance
- Create blueprints for quantum cloud infrastructure supporting 10,000+ qubits
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum computational theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 8+ years experience considered)
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm development and quantum circuit design
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation frameworks
