Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems in finance and logistics
- Architect cryogenic control systems for superconducting qubit arrays
- Optimize quantum circuit compilation for multi-platform quantum processors
- Create quantum simulation frameworks for materials science and drug discovery applications
- Lead integration of quantum accelerators into existing cloud infrastructure
- Document quantum system specifications and validate performance benchmarks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum circuit design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and frameworks
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and superconducting systems
- Experience with FPGA-based control systems for quantum processors
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Certification in quantum machine learning or quantum cryptography
- Ability to work in cryogenic environments and cleanroom conditions
