- Publish white papers and present findings at industry conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and quantum engineers
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum error correction protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or industry application
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
