Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead experimental validation of quantum hardware prototypes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop quantum software frameworks

- Secure federal and private research grants for quantum initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in quantum information theory or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in error correction and fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Strong background in linear algebra and computational complexity
- Proven ability to secure research funding (>$500K preferred)
