Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and cryptography problems
- Conduct cutting-edge research on quantum error correction and qubit stability
- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop quantum-resistant security protocols
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating quantum solutions with classical systems
- Secure grant funding from NSF and DARPA for quantum innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation tools
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex systems, and information theory
- Demonstrated ability to publish peer-reviewed research papers
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
