Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world applications in cryptography and AI
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype quantum processors at room temperature

- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum security initiatives
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum circuit design and simulation
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological computing
- Expertise in Python, Qiskit, or Cirq quantum programming frameworks
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex systems theory
- Demonstrated ability to secure federal research funding
- Patent portfolio in quantum technologies preferred
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems a plus
